I received the ordered unit in its original box package that appeared undamaged. But when I opened it and removed the seat from its original plastic bag, it had indelible smudges on it and the leather was separating from the rest of the seat in a fairly large area on the left side. I was understandably disappointed! I would like to have a new seat sent to me to replace the damaged one. Please advise.

Nice toilet seat riser with handles. Provides stability for my mom to sit down after breaking her knee and not being able to bear weight on that leg for 3 months. Shipping was speedy and price was right!

My dad loved it. I adjusted the seat perfectly so he could get up easier, plus has a cushy seat. He said it was real comfortable.
