Good construction, built in stand, built in cooling fan, FDA and FCC certified, comes with protective eye goggles. 100mW/sq centimeter at 6 inches. I like it a lot for less than $100. Using for face and scalp.

I’ve been using it for about 8 months or so. Has been great for healing. I’ve had two abdominal surgeries in that time and both surgeons have commented on how fast I’ve been healing. Daughter is using for psoriasis with some success as well, though she’s not nearly as consistent.

This is a high quality LED panel for the price.

I have tried several, and the quality, price and function of the RLT device are unbeatable. I have seen lights costing 5 and even 10 times as much that had no better quality. Very pleased and would certainly recommend.

Works well, NIR and redlight are as good as a 1000$ unit

This is a great Red light. Its size makes you able to use it on larger areas and its strength is comparable to ones way more expensive. I love the LED and it feels like you're sitting on the beach, soaking in the warmth. I've already noticed a difference in my skin and my joints. For this price, you really can't go wrong if you're looking at getting one for home use.

I was attracted to the suggestion that red light therapy increases skin collagen production. I still can't say for certain if I've noticed a lasting difference in my skin, though my skin is already in pretty good shape. I do notice though, that after every session, my skin does look and feel refreshed and healthy. The biggest change I notice, is just in my overall mood, especially given the gray Midwest winter and spring gloom. This could be from the lights, it could also be from sitting down and doing nothing but breathing for a bit. Either way, I do feel good, and look good after a session.
