The VEVOR Red Light Therapy Panel has become my go-to for winding down after a full day's work on the farm. With a routine of 20 minutes in front of this light – 10 minutes for the front and 10 for the back – it's become an integral part of my evening relaxation ritual. The toll of lifting, moving, and the general hustle of farm life can really add up, leaving me pretty worn out. This light therapy, with its red and near-infrared combo, seems to do the trick in helping me relax. I've got some autoimmune issues and a sensitivity to light, but surprisingly, I haven't noticed any negative effects from using this panel. In fact, I've been sleeping better and feeling less sore the next day. Whether it's the placebo effect or something more, it's been a positive experience. The panel itself is well-crafted. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the option to switch between the two types of light is a nice touch. It's compact enough that it doesn't take up too much space, and I appreciate that it doesn't get overly hot during use. For what it offers, it's a great value. The one feature that would make this even better is an integrated timer. It'd be handy to have the panel automatically shut off after a set time, rather than having to set a separate timer. Right now, I'm using my Alexa device to keep track of time, which works but isn't as convenient. In essence, the VEVOR Red Light Therapy Panel has been a valuable addition to my post-farm day routine. It's a simple yet effective way to help my body unwind and recover from the day's work, and I'm pretty happy with how it's been working out so far.
