This mat is sturdy and flexible. The packing is professional and shows someone cares about their product. It works perfectly out of the box. The controller allows user parameters of 4 light levels, constant or 10 hz pulse, and timer in 5 minute increments.

My grandson was hit by a drunk driver that left the accident. My grandson lost his left arm and his leg was all broken up and he had to have several surgery to repair his insides. When he got out of rehab we all pitched in to help him. My job was to use these lights. They were smaller than I thought but did the job. There is a timer on them and we did 30 min. on each area. Then I would put a castor oil wrap on his leg after the red lights. We left that on for hours at a time. He had scars on his leg from the surgery but just after a few weeks they were almost gone. He started walking and now he is able to do most of the things to take care of himself. The doctors just can't believe he is the same person that they worked on.

I had a neck injury and I use this and it seems to help give it a shot. It’s not much money and worth it if it helps a little.

I like the compact size of this mat, and the option for times and multiple settings. It does provide relief to my joints and is really helpful for cramps and abdominal discomfort.

vevor Red Light Therapy mat is supposed to help our small dog after IVDD issues. It is very easy to apply on our dog and she does not struggle but sees it more as a blanket - we hope, the red light therapy helps with her back pain.

I absolutely love this read light therapy mat. It's the first thing I do every morning after waking up. I turn it on, lay down set the timer that comes with the mat and meditate. I have been using it for over a month and have noticed that it has helped me with my bowel movements. Crazy, I know! I did take before pictures of my skin and will update the review when I take the after pictures. Definitely recommend.

Love my new mat, it’s too early to notice many changes yet, but it relaxes me so much that I tend to fall asleep! I am using Methylene Blue in conjunction to increase mitochondrial efficiency.

The red and infrared light really helped me! The warmth of it is comforting, and it has straps so you can get the pad pressed up against any part of the body that is sore. It has a nice timer too, I use it several times a day!

bought this after i got a terrible sprained ankle at the beginning of may and it drastically helped with my recovery. every time i was in bed and wasn’t icing, i would use the red light patch. helped a ton with pain relief. sometimes after a long day my ankle will still ache and i’ll just do 20-30 mins with the red light and feel so much better. not overnight results, but with consistent use, makes such a difference. the plastic cover tends to slip off, but it’s not a big deal to me considering i just wrap the patch around my ankle.
