This arrived dead on arrival. Doesn't work. This is where it gets good, return process is pathetic and it discourages returns. They have a nifty little page to fill out regarding the return BUT the very last REQUIRED entry to start the return is to submit a MP3 audio file! WTF so after even jumping through this hoop it still doesn't submit the page! So I go to the chat and start this process in which the CS rep keeps asking me to take a video of this non working POS and email it. So another hoop to jump through and videos are WAY to big to email so they finally give up and submit a ticket, and days later they offer to send a new one or partial refund. I want a new one so after a few days they say a new one will ship in 5-10 days. After about 11 days it ships but apparently gets lost by FEDEX so now I need them to contact FEDEX and its been about 10 more days and still haven't heard back so i said that to say this, order anything from this company at your own risk. I bought a item in the past and am happy with it, but never again.
