These are a ton of fun!!! You will want wore than one. Perfect for pool, pond, lake, creek, or river. All the kids love them!!!

These boats are pretty cool! We have a manmade lake on our property and I thought these would be fun for the kids. And they totally are, the kids love them! The battery actually lasts a good while and since we have two the kids love to race them. There is a bit of a lag from when you do something on the remote for it to reflect with the boat, but they are lots of fun.

Lots of fun. Controls are easy enough to pick up, five year old was driving these boats fairly well within a few minutes. Especially good in pools. Not great for lakes. Uses a small lithium battery that recharges using any USB 5-volt power source. Battery lasts for a long time on a single charge, more than an hour. These boats are not very fast, possibly a good thing when using in pools or other smaller bodies of water. In large open water, the slow motors feel like a bit of a let-down. Not easy to tip over, these do a good job maintaining stability even in slightly choppy water or on turns.

they are great for smaller kids, a bit slow for my 14 year old's taste. Overall the boats are great fun and handle great.
