Light duty
I have bought several vevor products in the last year or so. This is the second product that I'm not happy with. It is cheap made and light duty. It makes a horrible grinding noise from the spring and gear box when rolling it up. I'm waiting on customer service to see about getting it replaced.

The only reason I took a star away is first impression of the quality of the air hose. The rest of this unit seems to be decent. I like the two piece mounting, easier by myself

Gets the job done
It's a retractable hose reel they all seem about the same to me. At the end of the day though it is still working after a month of daily use and I haven't noticed any major issues.

Reel was easy to assemble. Hose appears to be very good quality. Came with mounting hardware for mount in concrete. I believe it should come with mounting lag screws for wood wall mounting.

nice.
It works like I thought it would and as advertised. I haven't had one before so I didn't see the value in having one. Once I mounted it and got it working, I realized that the bare hose I had been using is junk. No more uncoiling and recoiling the hose each time I use it.
