This item came damaged and unrepairable as the hose had broken off from inside the unit. I was first told I would get a part shipped. Then I was told to accept $20 and have it repaired locally. Then $30 was offered. I wanted a full refund or a return shipping label and then ship me one that is not damabed. They finally gave me a full refund. Better customer service is required.

This replaced an air hose that had to be coiled up by hand. Installed the reel above small air compressor in corner of garage and can now reach all areas of garage and even outside the door. Hose unwinds and rewinds very easy and coils back into the reel smooth and without twists and kinks. Highly recommend!

Smooth retraction - works great.

Well made hose is not rigid it’s actually soft and very flexible I’ve only used it on my tires so far but it retracts fast from 15 or so feet you can’t just let it go needs to be hand braked which I like. I’d buy another one fittings are of nice quality too.

Replaced a worn put kobalt reel. It's been working great so far. It was easy to mount amd hook up. Looks good and functions well.
