construction is solid and pivoting mount is nice. It came with hardware to mount in a hollow CMU wall (I assume) but no hardware for stud mounting, or undershelf mount as I did. I had some bolts and nuts so not a problem, but I imagine a lot of purchasers would have to go to the hardware store to mount--other options would have been nice. I mounted it with the pivot under a shelf. If there is any lateral load on the reel then the ratcheting mechanism is no longer a ratcheting mechanism. It just pulls the hose back in. They depict it mounted in this orientation in photos and call it a ceiling mount in it's description, but the pawls only engage intermittently even when pulling straight down. It's a minor inconvenience. I just pull out the length I'll need and then move. I may reconfigure and wall mount if it annoys me enough. The hose is plenty long, though I can see it bulging when initially pressurized. Same with the pigtail length. I have some goodyear hoses that I definitely do NOT see bulging on, so the hose may not last long. My system pressure is at 105 psi, well within the range. But we all know that we are not getting top quality heavy duty equipment when we buy from Vevor. What we are getting is full features for a fraction of the price. Perfect for DIY use and maybe even some light commercial use. A new high quality hose IF this one fails would still make this hose reel a great value.

This seller is bogus. We never received the item. Buy from someone else! They wont provide any help, and insist that we prove we never got it!

Good quality, was easy to mount on wall. Haven't used it much but seems good and easy to use.

Great quality perfect length

This hose reel is great, it comes with 50' of hose which makes is worth the price. And then it comes with a HOSE REEL!. It sometimes doesn't lock super easy but it saves so much time reeling in the hose it makes up for it.

I should have bought an air hose reel years ago. Easier to mount with 2 people, although I did get it done alone (it's heavy overhead). The swivel mount is very convenient when using on the wall. Air hose seems fine and the reel is manufactured sturdy. This is a quality product.

This is great for my workshop . I mounted it by the overhead door so I can easily reach my vehicles as well as my work area. Hose is out of the way yet easily accessible. It was easy to mount and set up.

So far so good. The assembly was easy to install and I have had no issues with it.
