Cheaper hose but the retracting mechanism works great. Like it enough I ordered 4 to have one in every area of the shop. Always buy open reel so you don't have retracting issues.

Easy to install and use
Wall mounting wasn't all that difficult. Immediately attached it to my air compressor with no leaks. Hose is easy to extend and retract. Very happy with the purchase and now it's easy cleanup.

Quality product
I put it up in my garage and I like the way it pivots in any direction when I pull the airline. Retracts nicely. Seems pretty solid. The mounting bolts and metal sleeves are subpar and kept pulling out so I used different fasteners.

Works as should
Opened the box, installed on garage truss, and it works as it should. I would like the supply line to be 10' instead of 5' to reach the air compressor on the ground. Just being picky. Overall, works well.

Swivel bolts are junk!
Buy 5/8 bolts with lock nuts for swivel and a washers. Had bend up small bit get holder to fit. Cost like $3.00. Works great now!

Good Quality
Great hose reel. My last one lasted me about 15 years before the locking mechanism broke but the reel still worked. This seems like a durable product but i only installed it a week ago. I do use my tools pretty hard and this is no different.
