I bought this heavy duty retractable power cord and the more I use it the more I like it. It is mounted on a beam that crosses the width of my garage in the center. Easily accessible. I opened the box and read the mounting directions. I could not mount it the way the instructions showed but I was able to turn the mounting plate upside down and install the retaining screw to hold it in place. You can also remove the plate mounted to the reel itself and mount just that. Definitely well designed. Now, the reason I went with the 12 AWG is I am able to plug in my 110v Wire Feed instead of having extension cords laying on the ground. It also has 3 outlet plug-ins to hook up say my welder, a 4" Grinder and a drop light if needed. Repeat: The more I use it the better I like it! OJ (Old John) Ret.

Works so good I put one on each side of the shop.. and no more cords to roll up at the end of the day.. Same as air line reels, you do have to roll it in slow and help guide it in.... Well that's all folks. Sandman..

Everything came as described and on time. All products have held up to everyday use for a few months now.

Thicker gauge wire, 65ft, easy to mount and feels solid. Couldn’t be happier!! It pulls easily and locks well.

Long cord and made well.

This is a lot better then the one I had before and a lot heavier gauge wire so I can plug bigger things into it and not have to worry about burning it up or ruining my equipment.

I have been looking for a long time for a heavy duty 12 gauge cord that was more than 50ft and did not break the bank. This has been the perfect addition to the garage shop. Allows me to power mobile tool stations anywhere in the garage or even out in the driveway. Solid triple tap looks like it will take the abuse of being pulled down repeatedly but is soft enough to survive bouncing off garage floor when dropped. Exceeds my expectations at a fantastic price.

Just built a new metal 12 foot workshop and hung this up at the top of the building. It works great. Has a long cord that retracts when you do not need it. So much better than extension cords across the floor. Out of the way when not needed. Built very sturdy.

These are heavy duty and well made, I have 3 now in my 40x64 shop and have had zero issues. Very happy and may get another one lol.
