I was a bit concerned that the 1/2” hose diameter was not going to give good pressure, but it is good, also smaller diameter limits kinking better than the larger size hose. Fittings worked well, and much better than the cheaper blue version that Vevor sell, the fittings are very poor on the blue version.

This unit works very very well I'm completely happy with its operation it has saved a lot of headaches and trying to coil up hoses after you water everyday this is been a pretty neat tool to have.

I like this reel because it's very easy to install and use. The mounting plate is sturdy and the hoses retract good. Seller posted a lot of videos to show how to install the reel and replace the accessorries, that's very convenient

Great hose reel

I have used this style auto hose reel for years. I now have 3 of these and find them to be very functional and a great value. 50% less expensive than many on ! I had an opportunity to work with their customer service team on a question and found them to be very responsive and efficient.
