Works better then reels twice the cost! The automatic locking when pulling out is great and when it retracts, the unit automatically slides side to side to spool correctly!

It gets to be a bear rolling up manually my hose. I gave this a try and love it. I have plenty of hose and doesn't take much effort at all to real the hose in.

Works as advertised. We have it on a farm and is fairly durable. Extended and retracted several times daily. Female end turns so it is difficult to tighten attachments. Smallest 5/8 I've ever seen. Had to purchase new female end due to turning when attaching shut off. Had to purchase 1/2" replacement.

This was my second purchase and I am using this item over 22 months and still working without any issues. I recommend this product from my experience of using over 22 months.very good product.

It would be two years in next month since I purchased and started using. It is still working the same way every day every time I use. Quality product, easy to install, easy & very useful . I am glad that I purchased this item and immediately after few days I bought another one for my other garden. I love both of them

Great product easy to install tap conduit to the concrete so nice to not have to roll up the hose anymore

This retractable reel works great. I've owned this for 2 years. Retracts well and the hose is very durable. Made well and the price is right.
