Mounted ours underneath the side of our deck, I was tired of the other manual reel we had and figured this would be a good replacement. The hand sprinkler leaks like crazy but we already had a pretty good one on hand so no biggie there. I'll probably get another for our back yard next year.

So far so good, seems to work well. Different kind of hose material but very soft and flexible. Junk Hose Nosel, Leaks all the time.

Hose reel has worked as it should. No issues thus far. A couple times it has stopped retracting midway through and had to restart but I have found others do the same occasionally.

This is a simple install and works wonderfully. Simple and easy to use. I needed a slightly longer piece of hose to reach the hose job on my house but for $5 I got ends and made a small piece of hose.

We loved it so much bought one for the front of the house too

Love this retractable hose reel. It keeps my wife from having to fight with a water hose, spans my whole deck and takes the hassle out of rolling up and rolling up a water hose.

Unit was easy to install and works fine. The quality is nice and the price was excellent. Only 2 Minor issues noted - first the gun style nozzle does not have a "jet" setting. You have to switch to the alternate nozzle for jet - a little annoying. Second the "ratchet" allows about 2 - 3 feet of hose out before it clicks, so stopping the hose at the desired length is a bit of a struggle. T

This is my second one. The first one works great. The only thing I think they should add is the option to buy just the bracket as well.

Don't get 1/2" hose size. You will not be happy with the output of water in this size. I didn't know there was a larger size. Vevor was great. It was too costly to exchange so they discounted my purchase. Not the output I want by I will get by.

Works great, i love how easy it is now to just wash my car and not have to drag out a water hose , hook it up, then when finished have to disconnect and put up the hose. Makes life easier.
