I absolutely love this item! I wish I had bought it sooner. Excellent product and a great price.

The only thing I would change would be to add a second bracket or at least allow the purchase of a second bracket for storage or to maximize usage. So far it has worked well.

Since my mother has had back and knee issues for sometime now, she was having issues rolling up the hose due to it being too heavy. Since getting this for her on Mother’s Day she is finally able to water without too much of a hassle. It is still a bit tough for her to pull it all the way out to reach the side of the house but she is still able to do so. Rolling up is easier than ever for her. Myself and her are very satisfied with this purchase! Definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd retractable hose I have purchased. It might be a small thing but not having to unroll and roll up my old water hose and set it on the rack is worth the price. I have one now for the front and back yard. It really is as easy as giving it a little tug when you unwind to stop it and another little tug and it pulls itself back in

Easy install, been using it for a couple weeks. It extends pretty easily and retracts smoothly. Hands down, beats my old one with a hand crank, that didnt come with a hose, and cost just as much as this.

The description ithat is given on Amazon for this product is very accurate, the size, weight and appearance are all exact. The product seems a little heavy and must be mounted pretty steadily to the side of your house or a support pole. While using this product it's easy to pull out and retract. The material used in the hose seems to be pretty strong so far for us, we've had it about 2 months. When installing this product it is pretty easy, they give you some heavy duty anchors, you must use those. If you use anything other than what they gave you you will pull it off the wall.
