Pros: Works and fits on my gas cooktop. The build quality is sturdy and grills steaks as it is meant to do. Cons,: I bought this to cook steaks. Compared to a pan it makes less of a mess but cleanup is bad. It is heavy too. The steaks will stick and make a little mess so you will have to figure out how to clean it quickly. However it protects from splatter.

Great little griddle for pancakes, bacon etc..I even used it to grill steaks indoors. I just put over the gas burner on my stove. Easy to use on a bbq or stove top. Non stick too!

Good non stick surface for sourdough hotcakes. Great for induction stoves.

It can be used on a high BTU round burner. Heat transfer is very good.

Because of the edge it stays raised off the glass top stove. Had to return but would be excellent for gas range.

It should come with instructions on how to cure it . Or come with a curing kit.
