Value Awning
Since this was a value purchase, I will not call this a complaint. For the money, I would still recommend this awning.There are 7 small holes in the fabric from manufacturing or the folding of the awning. The holes are from the vinyl being peeled away. They are small and should be easily fixed with tape.

Easy replacement Awning
Watched a youtube replacement video, made sure all tools, and then some, were on hand. Had help, it was fairly easy, but i had 3 of us working it. Not possible with 1, tough with 2, 3 was ideal. Just watch a video of your awning frame structure, then it'seasy.

It seems like good awning fabric was pretty easy to install took two people about 20 mins max pulls out nice and rolls up good well buy again and recommend to others
