This thing is very, very well constructed and lightweight, which helps with installation. It notes waterproof top, and that is yet to be determined. Hope so. If I get two years out of this, it will be an incredible value. Without hesitation, I would purchase this again and again.

Easy to put on. Held up well through 2 high wind events but the 3rd one got it! Without the wind it probably would have lasted another winter. Will probably buy again for this winter
