I wired this to a premade NEMA 6-30 plug that I ordered on Amazon since I already had a NEMA 6-30 receptacle. I drilled a ventilation hole with a 3” diameter underneath it, and another one diagonal to that on the opposite wall below the bench with a 4” diameter, per the instructions. I also bought 30 pounds of sauna rocks and put those on it. I framed the area behind it to support it and to provide sufficient clearance. The manual specified all the necessary distances required from the wall and floor. I’m metric challenged and had to convert it to inches. All told this does a great job of heating the sauna. It takes about 30 minutes to heat my sauna up to 200 degrees. It’s easy to use and install, just make sure to read the instruction manual a few times before installing.

In short story, the item is not top quality. However, I have had it for 1 month now installed, the system functions amazingly m. For this price, I am so happy. I did have some issues with electrical screws (jammed) they were very helpful and satisfied. Long story short, for 1-2 seasons of using this product makes it worth it. Compared to spending 1k. After about a week of use, it works great. I wired it up using an electric clothes dryer extension cord and plug it into an unused 220V electric dryer socket. I could have done without the 'Tough Tools, Half Price' slogan right on the front, but maybe I'll cover that when I get around to finishing the guard around the heater. Overall, though, a great deal. Using this unit, I built a free-standing 2-person basement sauna for less than the price of a name brand Finnish heater alone.

For the money, this is a fantastic heater. I paid 10 times more for the fancy Swedish heater I bought 22 years ago. This one does everything it's supposed to for an unbelievable price!!

The heater works well. However, it blows the 30 AMP fuse every time after operation good for about 10 minutes. I have to reset the panel fuse every time. Please advise what could be the problem.

You’ll need a dedicated 220v circuit. Once installed the heater gets my sauna up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Works well.

I bought this to upgrade my 3kw to a 4.5. My previous sauna heater the timer only ran when the power was applied, I added a wifi relay to control power to the heater. I removed the timer all together by opening the heater and removing the timer from the circuit. (It's one jumper wire to remove) Heater works great other than that so far.

We are super impressed with the quality and heat this oven generates! Our sauna has 235 cubic feet and this heats it up within 20 minutes. It's elegant design and easy to use settings for time and temperature make this oven a win!

Cheaper than any other brand on the market. I've been using it every night I'm home and I've been very impressed with this stove. My friend knows a guy who has had one for 4 years still running perfectly so I'm confident I made the right choice
