This was a great purchase. The motor for the foot lift is slow as. Christmas, and you still will need a foot stool for your taller clients, but overall the clients LOVE this shampoo bowl. Very kind to the neck and comfortable! The instillation was a breeze! When putting the chair together, the only thing I was nervous of, was the fact you drill the shampoo bowl into the back of the chair. There’s no starter holes to guide you into the “right” spot, so remember to measure twice and install once, considering you’re drilling into pleather! Overall, the price and quality is worth the purchase.

Out of all of the materials used, the handle and faucet are the best quality. The faux leather is nice and form fitted to the entire item. No creases or blemishes. Assembly was very straight forward. We had it together in less than an hour. Is this my final shampoo bowl? No. Will it work as my starter bowl? Absolutely.

The shampoo bowl is perfect actually! The all black look makes it look fancy and professional, so it blended into my salon perfectly. I work with a lot of clients with locs and the wide bowl design is great for fitting in long locs. The setup was soooo simple!! I must admit (per the reviews) I did already have new pipes for the plumbing (cause what comes with the bowl seems flimsy) I maybe spent an additional $20 for the pipes at home depot. It took maybe 2 hours to put together and install.

I was looking for this for a long time. During Covid lockdown. We learned to color our own hair at home. With this shampoo barber, it makes a lot of convenient for my sister and I helping each other to color and shampoo after our own hair at home. We also color our grandmom’s hair who can not do this at her own. She loves it. Save lots of our time. We have this set against to the wall and nail it to the ground so it is very stable. My sister also like this a lot.

Bought this for my wife's hair salon and she loves it. She says it allows her to comfortably wash her clients' hair with less back pain than other styles. Clients also say it is very comfortable. And the material is very breathable and soft to the touch, very happy so far and would definitely recommend it!

This shampoo bowl is great for a starter shampoo bowl when you need to pay a cheaper price in the beginning. We love it! It definitely gets the job done and the clients are satisfied. That’s the most important.

It looks fantastic in my home studio. I was impressed with the quality considering the price. Thank God I have an amazing husband who knows how to do just about everything. This will require a person like that or a professional plumber. I couldn’t ask for anything better. It works great not a problem at all. We attached it to our wall and hit some pipes in a closet so everything is so seamless. He open the back and put 100 pounds worth of brick in there. This chair does not move at all. Works great
