Let me begin with how strong the water pressure is. I also like that the water nozzle has two different settings that the water can come out of. The chair itself is very comfortable and my clients have complimented me on it often. They sit down and tell me “wow this is so comfortable”. I would buy this again if I needed another shampoo chair.
