Junk wheels
I've owned the stool for 5 months and I had no complaints. Now the wheels started falling apart and customer service asked me to buy a new 5" Caster from the store instead of them shipping me one,2-4 weeks or longer they tell me if they ship it and i don't have my hopes up.
