this worked for me 40' gate 1400 lbs. had to use steel cable to extend the chain, also used turnbuckle on both side of motor mount, ancor to the ground. keep it from back and fourth sway. the remote need to double click to learn. need better instruction.

Gate opener operates perfectly. I had to improvise the mounting as there was no concrete to bolt to. I haven't gotten the app programmed yet but remotes and keypad work well. My gate is heavy but opens and closes smoothly.
