If you want to use provided hardware to secure equipment pour concrete after item has arrived.

Excellent product. Works perfectly. On expensive and easy to install. I have 2 of these each opening heavy 25' rolling steel gates with no issues. You can add all the accessories you want like cell phone receivers, key pads, etc...

Love It!!!!

I have a 18FTL X 8FTH rod iron rolling gate. I went with the 2200lb opener rather than the 1800lb opener because less strain on the motor and in return , longer life on the motor. Runs nice, quiet and smooth.
