I was looking to upgrade the bar I manage and thought a slushy machine would be a perfect fit. It did not disappoint. This machine came in a very secure package, the delivery took about 2 weeks, but with the machine being almost 200lbs I wasn’t surprised. This machine is very easy to use, everything comes apart for easy cleaning, and it looks great. This was an investment at the price tag, however, it made my bar a hotspot during the summer months. It paid for itself only after a short period of time. Definitely recommend this slushy machine.

Not a good quality, Worked for less than a month, I tried to return or asked for replacement they told me to pay for shipping when it says it’s free return if it’s defective item.

Ordering was easy, order to receipt turnaround was great, price was super! We've had our machine for a short while now, I am a little disappointed that we need to have one of the gaskets replaced already (it's tearing), which is why the 3 stars for quality. It took about a week of use to dial in the temp for our alcohol-based slushies, so that's the only reason for the 4 stars on easy to use.

Machine came with a sliced plastic tube which leaked all over my wooden cabinet. Still waiting for replacement tube. Machine seemed to work well until condensation traveled down the damaged tubing.

Works very well just like the commercial ones!! Used it multiple times working flawlessly!! I do recommend it!!

Works great, but kind of a pain to clean - have to completely drain it then disassemble. If you don't run it every day, you have to empty it - it would be great if there was a way to remove the tank and put it in a refrigerator until you wanted to run it again - right now you have to completely drain it into another container.
