Both locks failed within first week of install. One gears went bad and second just died. Replaced both with more expensive Schlage!

Overall if you are looking for an electronic password lock, then get this one. If you're looking for a lock that actually recognizes your finger prints, then spend an extra $50 and get a Eufy. This lock is good because the app allows you to easily set pass codes from your phone and assign them to users. The finger print function, however, does not work very well and no matter how many times I register my prints, the lock has problems recognizing them. If a finger print feature is what you want, then don't get this lock. However if you just want a lock that uses passcodes, then this is an excellent choice.

excellent lock system. The finger print entry is my favorite. It allows me open door with my hands full. I have created passwords for our adult children so they can enter if needed. The lever style handle makes it easier to open door better than round handles.

This lock hands down gives you the best bang for your buck!!!! I love the key pass fobs. The thumb print feature. The app is super easy to use!! Set up was a little difficult but then again I feel like it was because of operator error. But SO WORTH THE MONEY NOT EVEN PLAYING!! I DONT EVER WRITE REVIEWS AND IM TELLING YOU NOW GET IT!!

This door lock exceeded my expectations! It was worth it and has been perfect for my business, it works perfectly and the extra key fobs were a bonus!
