very quiet
Bought this pump to replace a 1hp and what difference, the pool water is cleaner because my vacuum now works as it was intended. This pump is so quiet that sometimes I think is not on.

You’ll need an adapter if you have an intex pool
Absolutely amazing. This pump is powerful. It moves the water quickly and has wonderful suction. It does make a little noise but it’s not incredibly loud. No power switch which is small inconvenience but worth the cost. I had a difficult time hooking it up until I figured out I needed a universal hose adapter.

Be careful how you order
Very strong pump. However I placed an earlier order for p ool shock and added a solar light show for pool to get free shipping and still have not received it won't fall for that again
