Good item. As advertised.

They smell. Honestly, it's a very unpleasant odor, and it seeps into the liquid. I cleaned them out with soap and hot water on arrival and now they're fine for cold liquids. I do not recommend them for hot liquids, however. With hot water in them, the odor releases, and it is nasty. They do not have a full seal either, so if tipped, they will leak a lot.

Excelente investment for keeping Hot Coffee Hot for hours. But read instructions to preheat insulator Hot for Hot beverage or Cold for Cold Beverages and will keep temperature for hours.

Used them at festivals and farmers markets. During transfer they do leak out. Overall, very satisfied.

Cooler is as described and works well. Used for a hot beverage and it kept hot for a long time. My only negative comment is about the placement of the drain. It is so high on the container, it leaves a lot of product unable to be served. Also, the molded bottom of the container is uneven so leaves the urn unstable.

The only thing what I am affraid it is the possibility of release the cover lock in the future due to the use. I think that it clamps smothly, light pressure to lock. The seal is really good sealling. Easy to use and light weight. I would buy it again if it would be necessary.

The lid is not seal properly on one side and part of the hot chocolate spilled over my truck. But it keeps the product hot. Is just the hook on the lid that is loose?.

Purchased this product for an event. The night before I filled it with hot water to prewarm the container. It was sitting on the counter and I was busy. Came back about 30 minutes later to find over half the water had leaked from the spigot where it attached to the container. Dumped the remaining water and checked the connection. It was barely attached (mis aligned), with a piece of the inner wall bent outward. Thankfully my husband is super handy and was able to take it apart and repair it as there was no time to return. Extremely thankful it was not filled with hot chocolate! I gave it a 3 regardless due to the fact that it does keep liquid very hot. Seems I just got the defective one.

So excited to get this product only to be disappointed. One of the three latched does not go on tight and lid pops off The bottom has a small hole that’s allegedly for the insulation to vent which I’ve never personally seen before but the insulation comes out like a powder sometimes from there. Would not recommend getting this

This is the second one I bought. The first one I donated to the non-profit I work for as I make hot cocoa for the organization which is large enough to supply them without having to make several carafes.
