Received my pot a month ago in anticipation of frying Thanksgiving turkeys. Not quite there yet but, the quality of the pot is Great. Nice and thick walls with reinforced bottom which has been the thorn in my side for the past 4 years! Quality of other pots that wind up having pin holes that leak the oil out has been my problem. Hoping this year, I have the right pot. Will keep you posted.

The pot base defected .after couple of used it Started burning all the food . We use it to boil potatoes and bones

Kitchen use, I use for making stocks on a large scale. Fits on my induction stoves. Easy clean up. Really like it.

Bought this for the laminated bottom for decoction brewing. Had another that didn't have a laminated bottom and it was difficult keeping the mash from scalding. This one solved the problem. Just wish I could get a larger one so i don't have to do a double but this one will do. If you have never done a decoction, you should, it makes a huge difference in your conversion as well as the taste, it really brings the malt forward as well as increases the over-all flavor from the increased melanodins.
