Have used it various times moving appliances. Makes stairs extremely easy to navigate all without damage to floors or stairs. Does just as well on flat surfaces. This thing is handy, well built and very strong and stable. It’s a must have in the garage.

I have purchased 3 of these dollies now because I really like how they handle on moving items up and down steps.

Cart is exactly as described. I live in a second floor apartment and needed this for moving a 115 pound hydraulic jack up and down a flight of stairs every time I wanted to work on my car. Placed a piece of plywood on top of the jack, tied the jack down with bungee straps and it worked like a charm.

So I purchased this dolly and loved it. Worked as advertised. Got my small gun safe downstairs no issue and my old fridge upstairs with ease. However, one of the 3 wheels on one side broke and I have tried and tried to work with customer service and have gotten absolutely no where. Very disappointed considering how many items I have purchased from vevor and how many people I have recommended to vevor! Truly wish they would simply send me the replacement wheel I was promised.

Such a helpful tool to have around the house. It made fast work of pulling all the holiday decor out & putting the bins back. I was able to put a few bins on the cart & moved them from the basement to the main floor in one trip. This would have taken me over 30 min to do the same one box at a time. I wouldn’t recommend using it to move a fridge but for boxes of ornaments & lights it’s perfect.

This dolly has allowed me to move so many things for my house move that would have either taken me longer with previous equipment or not been able to move at all. Example: Going in and out of exterior doors is so much easier with this wheel system, allowing me to go longer with less energy used by not having to fight lowering down entry steps with a load again and again as I load my trailer. Same thing with stairs and things like dressers, heavier stacks of boxes, etc. Some complain about turning being harder but honestly it's not that much more to do so. I would caution you on going down stairs with a load as once the wheels start flipping and basically walking down each step it will pick up speed if you allow it. Basically if you've got more than two steps be prepared for your load to drag you if you don't lean back and control the decent down the stairs. Yes, it really works and I wish I had bought one of these the first time vs a standard two wheel dolly. It doesn't replace an appliance dolly that includes a strap for those larger appliances, but close! I only now use this dolly and an appliance dolly while moving my household goods, or anything else tbh as you won't need anything else. Are there some special needs dollies? I'm sure there are a couple but this thing is awesome and if you've read this entire review you should by now be ordering it. I bought my own dolly and have not been reimbursed for anything for this review. What are you waiting for? Buy it and you'll be glad you did!

I was totally let down after I unboxed this set of Hendricks, if you want to call it that. There is no way that these Hendricks can lift 330 lbs up stairs. Also I am 6’5” so these are almost impossible to use. There is no strap to even secure the appliance. The bungee cords will break and then you’ve damaged someone’s property and then you have cost me even more money. I usually love vevor but these are CRAP.

As I said before, the workmanship is terrible. Fit and finish are worse. I had to get out my drill to drill the assembly holes so they would line up. I would not recommend.

I try to buy American, I am not happy this product as I stated I try to buy American however this product is below standards is flimsy I'm trying not to really put all this on the review cuz some of your products are good

Came with missing accessories and had to purchase them from local hardware store in order to use item. Required to much time and effort to have missing parts ship to me
