The cart arrived needing a little additional assembly. The body is made of steel making it sturdy but somewhat heavy. It folds making it compact for transportation and storage. A couple of bolts were not fully tightened from the factory and this was easily fixed. I did add a drop of lock-tight to ensure that the nuts did not loosen. The included wrench was useless but common hand tools are adequate for assembly and maintenance. Once assembled and tightened the cart works well to move heavy loads up and down stairs and on the level. It’ a pretty good cart for the price.

Great fold-able hand truck that is easy to use going up and down stairs. (highly recommended) Unfortunately, someone at work used this to move some very heavy furniture (more than recommended) and bent one of the brackets that fold out. Is there a way to order parts for when you break something not covered under warranty? The weld has come undone on one of the side brackets that folds down to make it a true hand truck. Is there a website to order parts or am I out of luck?

Shockingly there aren’t many options when it comes to stair climbing carts online. For the price it’s pretty decent. It has its drawback; one being the handle which is too short with larger box. At times the quality seems like it’s a little to cheap to deal with heavier objects but it got the job done. If the handle was longer I think I’d give it the full 5 stars.

Overall good. It can aid you in bringing things up stairs. Although it takes some strength because the wheel size isn’t a universal step size depending on the stairs you’re going up, it takes just as much effort going up the steps as a traditional dolly.What is noticeable with this is the effort to keep the dolly on that step you’ve gone up. Less likely to roll back down the stairs and significantly less effort to keep it there.Overall it is a very big help IMO and I am very pleased with the purchase.The instructions were simple to assemble. They also give you a free bungee cable. It’s a heavy weight dolly and can handle quite a bit of weight. I’ve carried approximately 140 lbs of stuff on it at once and it is still working great. No bends or warping at all

Best equip managed to solved my problem when I bought this. I’m not sure if I try s due to shipping or something else. Needless to say, I got my money back and my only problem is what to do with it now.I also noticed if ever you got a good one, make sure when you assemble it, use a loctite liquid locknut coz the bolts and screws easily gets loose.

Used it today moving items upstairs & downstairs. Works great.

Instructions are not complete. Comes with a locking washer, but not pictured, nor does the instructions indicate where it goes. I used them anyways.

Okay, I know this little dolly was not meant to carry a washer and a dryer but, very carefully, on moving day we actually were able to use it to put the washer and the dryer into the truck until the real heavy duty dolly got there and we unloaded them with that. With all that being said, this little dolly is more sturdy than it seems and with a little luck it worked amazing. I cannot give this dolly a bad review being as we used it for what it is NOT intended for and it still held up! Worked well on stairs. Can’t complain.
