The seller got back to me and refunded me with no problem due to having two defective steamers and almost getting a steam burn on my forearm A+ on their end

Only thing I don’t like is it don’t have a clip to keep water bucket in place

I've gone through a few steamers. For the price and the use of a stand, this is a great value. The question remains and I will post an update down the road, \"How long will it last?\" I'll update in three to six months.

Works just like it said money well spent

I bought this steamer for the girls to steam their dresses for my daughter’s wedding. All of them came fro out of town, and they were able to get out all of the wrinkles with no water spotting or other issues. Great purchase! Easy to use, lots of settings, easy to carry, great quality.

Remember to follow the instructions before use to avoid wet your clothe. It works great.

We had a small travel steamer that we were always having to refill so I picked up this to give it a try. Works great, love the hanging tree for your clothes and you can do several articles of clothes before you need to refill the reservoir. Great purchase!!!

This steamer actually packs a punch once it gets past all the spitting and boiling process to get fully heated. Have patience as it takes a few minutes to complete that process, because if you do try to steam too soon, you’ll have hot water all over. With that being said I can see why they provide you with a convenient mitten that resembles an oven mitten. However, one shouldn’t have to use it if they are patient to wait for it to fully boil/heat. Had a pair of microfiber golf pants that needed de-wrinkling and this steamer did the trick. Microfiber can be difficult, and I was happy with the result. Cord is super long for convenience as well. Good buy.

This is a great steamer that I'm excited to have. Its portable, lightweight, and will do great for my fabric photo backdrops as a photographer. Its easy to use and powerful enough to get the job done.
