I Live in a climate where straw steamer baskets mold instantly. This steamer is excellent quality, easily washed, flexible enough to accommodate different size meals and a thorough improvement over the one in my rice cooker. It was exactly what I was looking for at considerably lower price than the alternatives. Very sturdy and well thought-out design.

Overall Customer Service is great. Although there was some issue in the oriiginal shipment, Ziad provided exellent customer service with satisfactory resolutions. Strongly recommend this product and service!
