Absolute must have if you make your pizzas at home in your home oven. Miles above the old school pizza stone... Just give it plenty of time to heat up and you'll have the crispiest pizza imaginable.
We use a screen and had been using a stone with it, but the bottom of the crust never browned. Using this, the bottom browns nicely and it’s easier to keep clean too!
Takes some adjusting to use and cook desired pizza. This was a gift and the receivers LOVE it! They’ve been cooking pizzas everyday experimenting with different temps and different level in oven. It is made of steel and EXTREMELY HEAVY. Difficult to move around and remove from oven.
This is high quality, heavy but not so heavy you can't use it. It eats up quickly and works better than a pizza stone. It heats evenly in our new Vevor Convection oven. It won't break. And that is a plus.

One heavy piece of steel. I have a very old vehicle that needed a new drivers side floor and what better than this hunk of steel. I suppose it will work after cutting it in half in the stove (small pizza). Glad I ordered this hunk of steel to cook on as indeed it came in handy.
