Easy to use and easy to clean up

I use it on a gas grill and the heat distribution was reasonable. It does take a bit of time to heat up but that's part of the nature of the beast. We have a large outdoor sink and cleanup was a breeze. Soak it for a few minutes in hot water and lightly scrub anything left on the griddle. Use a scotch brite type pad or a copper metal scrub so as not to scratch the surface badly.

I have cooked for 4 camping events making everything from pancakes and other breakfast foods , lunch, and dinner all on this hot plate. I also use it weekly to cook a meal outside and this flat plate is great. I monitor my heat well with any cooking device so I suggest getting a infrared temperature meter and learning what temps foods cook at. After some time following cooking foods at the perfect temp you will gain popularity with the foodies in your life!!!
