I uae the pump ina open well and it is difficult to find out if I need to put a 4” casing around the pump.

Good Deal
Bobby StrozierI purchased this to water my garden, with water from my pond. Had been using a 2 inch gasoline pump, that worked well but worked me to start and prime it. This was a simple to install, and easy to start. This does not pump as fast but will do the job without much effort. Definitely worth the money.

Works well, but hard to install
**Corey Foster**Works well once it is installed. But is definitely a pain to install. There's a cord on it with a plug in but that's useless so you have to do splice it all yourself.

Needs much longer cord!
Pump came with a short cord and no good instructions so thankfully I have an electrician son that spliced the cord and hard wired it. Other than that I have no complaints. Liked the price!

should have a longer electrical cable
it would be better to have little longer electrical cable, one it comes with is little too short as this unit can be installed around 150 ft bellow ground so it should have at least 20 to 30 ft of cable. over all since it been installed its seems to be working fine so far.
