I receive the set of rails and installed onto a concrete deck for Hot tub access. A knee injury had made the climb out the pool and hot tub a little unstable. The set arrived and was in good condition. the tubing material is fairly thin, but seems durable enough and the welds are adequate so far. I did use some heavier duty stainless concrete anchors, but all in all no issues. The only complaint is that the stainless material has discolored and stained after 3 months. I suspect it can be cleaned with some light abrasive surface cleaning, but have not yet attempted. It works perfectly for the application and has entering and exiting the hot tub safer.

I received the pool handrail today. It appears to be well constructed and came with all the necessary mounting hardware. The shipping speed was only three days and came ups. I have not yet installed it and don't anticipate any problems doing so. The bottom line is that its a very nice handrail of good quality and price point.

Much easier to get out of pool. Easy to install, looks good.

This handrail is made of good quality stainless with a neoprene cover and works great. The only complaint I have is that the drill bit and anchors provided are metric so I had to buy an American drill bit and anchors in order to install it.

It was delivered with the base plate bent! This made installation much more difficult. Other than that it came with the appropriate equipment and fixtures to install.

Works great and looks great and took my my Pool Man about two hours to drill and hook everything up, had to measure and make sure everything was right.

This pool rail has absolutely saved my life or a fall I can't tell you how many times I have watched people trip in the shallow steps to get out of the pool. Pic is taken with the packing foam on and since then I have installed the neoprene cover.

So, you want to have handrails by your pool, but, you aren't a typical person - these are for you - the shape is interesting and yet, still provides the safety and security for climbing the steps from your pool. In addition, the included installation hardware means you don't have to make multiple trips to the hardware store or Home Depot or Lowes to get the fasteners. And the included covers mean you won't burn your hands.

It was awkward for us seniors stepping down into the tanning ledge prior to installing these nice looking handrails. The anchoring into the flagstone was challenging, as it was necessary to use caution to not split the flagstone, but the rails are now very secure.
