It was ripped just on the first use when I adjusted the straps. I already did the complaint and am waiting to get my refund, this item has many bad feedback you must check all your inventory and do not sell them.

Decent quality. Does the job.

Works great at a fraction of the price of the big names. It is easy to install and holds the bikes well. I only use it for two bikes but I don’t see any issues with carrying the full amount.

The product is primarily made of plastic. After using it twice as designed, the corner strap clips began to tear the plastic pad where they are attached. The design is fine, just made with poor quality material. The old cliche' applies, "you get what you pay for". Attempts to return and refund was tried. As with some online businesses now, it's literally impossible to speak with someone about the issue. At best, a virtual chat that usually gets confusing is your only option. I have given up, and consider the product as a purchased loss. As with vevor too. FYI

A really great pad soft on one side and really durable on the other ,straps are extra wide and lock bikes down with ease and the frame groove at the top is a great feature.

This was just the right size for my Nissan Frontier and provides good protection for the tailgate. Well padded and soft on the inside. Tie-down straps for the bikes are well placed and sturdy. The opening for the tailgate handle and camera is the right size and location. My only complaint is that, similar to other reviewers, when I tightened the straps to secure it to the tailgate, the fabric ripped around the attachment point. I knew others had the same problem so I was careful not to pull hard, but it tore anyway.

It's functionality is well thought out.

This is easy to put on and frees up room in the bed of my truck. It holds multiple mountain bikes like a champ and the price was right.I put it on only when I need it, but my favorite thing is that if I leave it on I don’t need to worry about something sticking out from the back of my truck.It is also easy to fold and store and takes up very little space.

This tailgate pad is light and easy to put on and remove. It feels durable and its easy to fold when I'm not going to keep it on my truck. The price was excellent and it looks nice on my Honda Ridgeline truck.

Read a lot of negative reviews about straps breaking…… Still can’t understand how as long as you are properly Strapping down your bike. Have had this for A couple months now and constantly have a bike in my truck. Great value for the money. Highly recommend.
