This little water heater puts out a lot of heated water but.... if the incoming water temperature is below 60 degrees then you would have to settle for about 1 gallon per minute of hot water temperature. Also you have to start the flow very slowly... then increase flow after 8~10 seconds... then a bit more after a few more seconds.
