Comes with everything what you need to do your work. First experience was good. Hopefully will last long.

It worked well. The plastic ring needed to tighten more to stop water from leaking. Since it is submersible, some leaking to the bucket is ok.

Plumber wanted $6-900.00 to descale our on demand water heater. I did it for the price Of the pump and 2 gallons of white vinegar and an hour of my time!! Pumped will last years yee haa.

My only hesitation in writing this review is that I'm afraid that once they get positive reviews (there were zero reviews when I ordered it), they'll raise their price. I'll take that risk in sharing with the community that this is a solid product with everything you need to flush your tankless water heater. I especially appreciated the fact that it comes with a jar of citric acid, while many of the competing products simply suggest you use vinegar. Not wading into the vinegar vs. citric acid debate, the fact that this kit comes with everything you need is a big plus for convenience (and value). The full jar in half a bucket (provided) of warm water, or 2.5 gallons, provides the perfect concentration you need to get the job done. I can't yet speak of the longevity of the pump. It worked just fine for the 45 minutes I flushed my unit an expect that it will hold up for the annual maintenance.

Everything worked great, except I couldn't get the attach for the discharge on the pump to seal. It was a minor inconvenience because it just leaked back into the bucket.

The kit includes everything you need to perform a tankless water heater flush. Anyone can do it and requires no special abilities, knowledge or special tools. Highly recommended and will save you money right away vs hiring someone to do this for you.

This kit came with everything I needed to flush my water heater. All of the components are high quality and the descaling powder works great; there was a lot of buildup that was flushed out after flushing. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to flush their water heater; but be sure to check if it is right for your particular model.

So easy to use, and better than paying someone for something that is so easy.
