Great ladder, hooks on end help stabilize ladder, really like how easy it is to use and at 18 feet i can use one ladder on whole house.

this ladder is awesome! it takes up very little space in the shed and replaced an existing 12 foot ladder that was rickety and eventually broke. I use this ladder to crawl on the roof of my house and it is nice and sturdy. Great bang for the buck!

I love the way it extends so easy and retracts. My neighbor already wants to borrow it to get onto his roof to check his shingles.

I had an original collapsible ladder, and still use it in my work. Was excited to get a replacement, and bought this. It is MUCH heavier, and stands taller when collapsed. The steps are wider,and it is well built. So well built that I don’t take it with me, but only use at home. Quality product, but be careful as to the weight and size. Looking for something more portable. A positive review, but doesn’t work for my application.

No instructions on how to install the hook end to the top of the ladder. Large steps separation like 15 inches. Hard for a 75 yr old to climb.

I used this recently to paint an exterior of a house that had 2 story peaks. This ladder fit easily in my truck bed along with all my painting tools. Easy to use and light enough to easily carry around the house. I wish it would’ve come with a stabilizer bar. Little shaky fully extended.

This is a fantastic product. Better in every way than a regular straight ladder, and easily stowable. Very sturdy, yet reasonably light to carry. Very tall. And so easy to transport and stow. A couple notes : (1) It comes with hooks for the top. The instructions don't tell you how to attach the hooks. You need to pop off 2 rubber plugs in the top corners, to expose the hook attachment points, which is not easy. I just threw the plugs away, and leave the hooks permanently attached. (2) When collapsing the ladder stages, watch your hand positioning -- it's easy to crush your hand or strip your skin as the sections slide down.

Easy to use, satisfied with the product and works as described. Would recommend. Bought it to use with my travel trailer, but have found many more uses.
