I bought this ladder for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. He loved it. We are renters and it is extremely renter friendly. It is very compact, easy to open up and close as well as light enough to move with ease. I was very impressed with the thickness/sturdiness of the material. The frame of the ladder is actually very thick and would be very difficult to damage. I highly recommend this product

Worked very good and rated for over 400lbs,it's great and very portable I would recommend it . You can make as short or tall as needed. It will reach roof of house easy.
