I'm new to thermal printers. This one is fairly easy to setup. I figured out eventually how to get it to print my different-sized labels and manually enter in measurements. The software could be more intuitive but if you take a little time, you can make it work.

Bought this thermal printer and compatible labels (2.25"x4") from Amazon and label software from Label Live, as we are not using this for traditional shipping labels. This printer works fantastic, excellent print quality and at a fraction of the cost of the name brand thermal printers. The printer was able to identify the label size, but I had to go into its printer preferences to set the label size in order to work properly with the new software. Highly recommend this product.

What can I say this thermal printer works amazingly. It is very easy to set up, comes with some sample labels and you can even print just using your phone. The quality of the print is great. I bought two more printers for family members because the printer worked so well. The device itself is well made and compared to some of the thermal printers sold on the TikTok shop this one blows those out of the water. I am very happy about the purchase and the ease of use.

I believe this is a must have if you print shipping labels. Compares very well with the likes of Dymo but at a third of the price, Takes any label used by other similar printers.

This printer is faster and 1/4 of the price of the brand names. I love it

-Instant setup by downloading the driver (30 seconds) -Instant Bluetooth connection via best app I’ve seen for these -Lighted button with feedback messages for printer status -300dpi resolution, while others are only 203dpi -Auto identification of labels, NO labels are wasted calibrating a new stack or roll of labels -Instruction manual in readable English, not a terrible translation like others I purchased a few variations of thermal printers-the brick style, and enclosed roll printers. I fought one for hours to get it setup, it would barely work with Bluetooth. Another had serious connectivity issues, a poor app (for Bluetooth printing), and would not save print settings.
