I run a small sticker business and I want it to look professional when I'm shipping packages and this definitely helps it's a super easy install you literally go to their website to install the program it takes a few minutes it's a Decent documentation, this thing is awesome, I use Spotify for my shipping labels so I know it will work with them If others say it doesn't work on eBay or PayPal I'm not sure if it will work because I do not sell through them. Haven't run into any jams or issues, I'm not sure about tech support as I didn't have to use it when setting it up it was so easy. If you run a small business or a large business and you need a shipping label printer I really wish I got more orders so I could print out the labels I love this thing.

After a lot of research and looking around, I purchased this printer in December. I want a printer that is bluetooth compatible and includes a label inside the printer so I don't have to have two devices and a bunch of wires on my very small desk. My printer is working fine so far. Setting it up can seem daunting at first, but if you follow the instructions, it's actually pretty simple, clear, and straightforward. Every question I had was answered somewhere in the owner's manual. Bluetooth works better than most, and I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for an affordable label printer. :)

This printer works really great. Easy to use once it is installed. I had to get my IT husband to help because my computer did not recognize the device and was having issues. But after about 30 minutes set up time I haven't had an issue since. Makes printing labels so much faster!

Before purchasing, my expectations were low as this is an unknown brand. I'm not very good with IT, and once the printer arrived, I was ready to fight. To my surprise, it was so easy to set up and print shipping labels of very good quality. I bought this printer to use at home and I have a Zebra label printer at the store. This one works just as well as the Zebra and costs a lot less.

just got my etsy shop open and was looking for a solution to make my shipping process a little less time consuming. works great. can also use with my iphone if needed although i found it easier to use with my computer. installed the latest off the drive off the website. link was included on usb drive that came with the product. excited to just be able to make my own labels now and take advantage of the discounted shipping rates offered online.

This little printer is worth it's weight! I sell on Ebay and use my phone exclusively. It compact and hooks up with BT very quick which allows super fast processing bc I can print immediately straight from the phone. You will not regret this if you use your phone for online sales and need a fast and highly portable label printing setup.

Super easy to setup in minutes!I no longer have to print, cut out labels (for eBay shipping), and then use tape to attach. This printer will save me a decent amount of money over constantly buying HP ink. Highly recommend!
