I've been using this for a couple of weeks and so far have no issues. I did want to mention that when it auto loads it might be slightly crooked. If you give the labels a light pull in the back, until it looks straight you'll be consistent from then on. I just keep the printer loaded and setup, so the only time I will have to adjust it is on the next pack of labels. We'll see how this holds up over time, but for the price, it's better than the disposable printers and you don't have to pay for ink. Just keep in mind, you will have some trial and error with setup. I find the best for me was to size the labels with the border lines on the side, it is perfect for me and gets all of the label crisp.(this is settings in your printer, on the screen before you hit print and also you may have to change on whatever website you are printing on to 4x6\" or whatever size you are doing as well) Hope that helps someone.

Purchased one of these to use in my small business for shipping. I've got busy and brought on another hand, now I am getting a second one to speed up our shipping process so I can make it on time to the post office before it closes.

Something good to have connects to the internet easily

The drivers are a bit tricky to find and likely don't get updated often, but I find this printer to be easier to deal with and less finicky with labels than the rollo or dymo xl. I've switched to this after using the dymos for 5 years, then rollo for 4. I highly recommend this - especially for under $100

Quite easy to use

It is really easy to use, I was printing labels 5-7mins after pulling it out of the box. Print quality is awesome, comes with 20-30 labels in the box. I highly recommend this printer.

The seller is very responsive to questions prior to purchase and also checked in after the printer was delivered to make sure I received it okay. Great label printer.

So I didn't give a 5 star review because of the shipping issue. Other than that, it is a small, easily assembled product. The setup process was quick and easy. I printed my first shipping label in minutes. The label was clear and easily read. The seller was semi prompt in returning my messages and offering to send a replacement when the one I ordered originally came up missing in the system. I do like this product and will definitely be recommending it to my other small business associates.

Best thermal printer I've owned to date. Easy to set up on my iPhone and Bluetooth printing is a breeze. Very happy with the printer! Highly recommend!
