I got this to replace the original tongue jack on my 10ft utility trailer. This one operates smooth and the wheel rotates freely. really good value for the price.

I don't know why is so cheap because definitely is a high quality item. Also has a high lifting mechanism. I pull up my PWC and water drain completely
