The unit came well packed and very easy to start using. The controls are very easy to use, the drain is helpful, and the basket is sturdy. The Vevor is effective at cleaning jewelry, coins, carburetors, and pretty much anything with oxidation or grime. Highly suggested for anyone who works with tools or wants to refresh jewelry. I found Zep orange citrus based degreaser to be a good cleaner to use, at about a quarter cup in the tank with very hot water. Maybe my hearing is bad, but it isn't terribly loud, just annoying, so run it in the garage or basement. The downside: The heater is woefully weak. It takes a very long time to change the water temperature even a couple degrees, so the recommendation is to use hot tap water, and even heat it in a microwave to get it up to the desired temperature.

I bought the 15L one with the justification that is the best price per letter at the time but If I had to do it again I would just go for the 30L. It is really big and storing it away is a pain in the butt. I have not had any issues with the Ultrasonic part but the water heater does not heat the water hot enough and does not have the energy to keep the hot water hot.

The instructions could be much more clear. For example, under "add cleaning liquid" is it saying that the tank should be at least be 2/3 full or 1/3 full? Also, should it say "don't use flammable liquids" instead of "use flammable liquids" ? Also, it would be nice if there was a mark i the tank that shows the minimum level. Then the instructions about it should not be necessary.

Easy to use, good price, noisy, it's easy to operate. UPS lost track of the package . Nothing new there. but it's difficult to know if its actually cleaning .

The Velvor 15L Ultrasonic Cleaner is great. I have used it several times already and love it. I makes my life so much easier. Gives me more time to do other things as it cleans my projects. I would highly recommend this as it is amazing. The quality of this is great and I love the features, easy to use. For the price I would say buy this one. Not to big, yet not small. It does everything I could ask for.

It heats up at a decent speed and cleans quite well. Comes with a large basket as well as a jewelry basket.Con: this unit seems to always try to heat the fluid, regardless of heating being turned on or not. It just heats faster when you tell it to heat to a set level. This is a danger because it can cause the ultrasonic to bake itself completely dry, and be a potential fire hazard. Always be sure to switch it off using the toggle on the back when you are not using it.Overall, not a bad unit. Could use some fire protection, but you can easily prevent issues by using it responsibly.
