Reliable and easy to use. If used in a moderately cool room (under °65 f) it can take a while to heat up. Other than that it works great.

Dead on Arrival: Replacement works great

Update: 9/30 -Replacement arrived today. And set it up and it works. The heat and the ultrasonic agitator. Will try it out tomorrow.Update: I received an email from the seller and that a new cleaner is being shipped. 9/26. Fast response, nice surprise. Will update when it comes in and I can test it.DOA...I.received item on 9/20 and just now opened it up to use. No power to the displays but have power to the rocker switch on the back. Very disappointed. Waiting on seller response. Will update as things change.

Good value for the cost. Temp setting for me was unreliable and maybe not actually functional

It’s been several months now. This works fairly well given the cost, but the one I got seems to have an issue with keeping the temp right so I don’t use it for temperature sensitive cleaning (I don’t do temperature sensitive cleaning in general so this point is kinda moot). If you do want hot cleaning just put hot water from your sink or something. Sound insulation isn’t a thing really so just be aware.

Good addition to my home bicycle shop

Debated whether or not I needed one - so happy I bought it. Cleans parts better than I can with a brush. Bought the 6L size. It will easily hold an 11/32 cassette. A 48 chain ring won’t quite fit, so I just turn it and run another cycle. All those hard to reach nooks and crannies like screw holes on the crank arm now get spotlessly clean.
