Works pretty good does the job my expectations were tired just based off of YouTube videos I've watched and reviews so that was disappointing I have not had anything come out of this thing spotless clean not even after two or three runs but it does do the job don't get me wrong it's a good machine we took a rusted bearing that was completely seized up stuck it in there with two runs on the machine and you can now spend the bearing I don't know any machine in the world that can make that happen other than an ultrasonic cleaning machine. And it came in fast I want to say like two days before I was supposed to get it it arrived the packaging was excellent very secure I definitely suggest someone getting one I'm just thinking for the stuff I'm doing maybe I should have got a little upgrade version but I got this one because it had the deepest level to submerge something large such as a car carburetor or something like that all in all it's an excellent machine I'm just being nitpicky

Not perfect but for the price it helped me me clean over 200 album that were damaged in a flood. Saved a lot of time rather then hand cleaning. Resold at 1/2 the price i bought it for. Would recommend if your on a budget

First of all, customer service is horrible and pretty much doesn't exist. They sent me and charged me for two units when I only ordered one. They said returning it would be too complicated and offered a refund. Only thing is, the refund is a credit which does nothing for me since there is nothing else they sell that interests me. All customer service is done via email. Overall a horrible experience.

Arrived damaged. Box damaged and re-taped over damage. Knowingly delivered damaged. Made claim with VEVOR. Sent requested pics Offered small discount instead of replacement. Would much rather an undamaged unit. This one is new but the corner is crushed.

I bought this for my lady for xmas as she must have over 50 rings and other miscellaneous jewelry pieces that she dreads taking to get cleaned, since they usually charge by the piece. Finally encouraged her to give it a try, crank up the temp, few drops of dawn ultra, and in went a dozen rings at once. 10 minutes later she pulled out the basket, immediately noticing the greyish brown water and for the next 15 minutes I had to listen to her talk about how sparkly this one is, oh you can really see the rudinations (whatever those are) on this one now! "Babe thanks!" Ok ok, so, if you want to be pestered by thank yous and jewelry talk... get yerself one of these. Oh and my own research said to stick with the models that have knobs... more reliable in the long run.

I have this and the consumer/ non professional Unit. Both 30L. This unit is slightly taller, coupled with the knobs and easier controls it really is superior. Control panels are great till they fail. Knobs you can fix our repair with a little knowledge. If you don't have an ultrasonic cleaner you really do need one. We clean most everything with them. My preferred degreaser of choice is Spray Nine. Mix to needed strength. Works awesome with alloys.

I purchased this unit in mid November. The first time I tried to use it, it failed. And yes I did read the manual, it worked for roughly 3 maybe 4 minutes and quite. I checked the fuse in the back and it was still fine, tried a different plug and it still wouldn’t work. I could hear the fan running, but the machine did nothing. I filled out a service form, I must say, never had to take a video of a machine not working before. Customer service was a joke, will not be purchasing any thing else from VEVOR

Works well with a variety of cleaners and soiled parts. Heats solution very well and cavitation action is superb.
