I love this vinyl cutter, and as a bonus it comes with a pen holder so you can exchange the knife for a pen and use it as a plotter. I have used it to make lots of different decorations for myself and my family, and making posters and banners for birthdays and special occasions is a breeze with the pen attachment. Very pleased with this purchase.

It's going to take time to learn how to use the software but you can to it

I am still learning about the cutter. I have cut several signs from the vinyl and am very pleased with them. The program seems to be pretty easy to learn. I still have a lot of learning to do with the program.

I really do love this thing. My friend works at a place that does vinyl wraps and he tells me that none of his plotters can get as detailed as this one. Obviously theirs have cropmark sensors and are far larger, but as far as detail, this one wins. I'm happy with that.

I don't have any complaints yet. Got it a day before planned, set up was easy, and I was already familiar with Vinyl Master so it was a great software to come with the cutter. its cut great, easy to use, and haven't had a single issue

I am over all very pleased with this plotter cutter. Been a few months since I ordered it and probably cut over a few hundred decals any where from 4x4in to 30x60in. Highly recommend.

Took it out of the box. Assembled the stand. Downloaded and installed the software all within an hour. Did some test cuts then started using it for stencils and T-shirts. It’s a great fit for what I’m doing.

great machine for the price, very easy to use for first timer. takes up a bunch of space if you're looking to do one small project buy the smaller cutter but it can still cut small intricate designs

Works great cutting vinyl and I like the pen attachment that replaces the knife. It allows me to draw large patterns that I use to cut wood projects.
